The Triple Crown National Volleyball Championships in Kansas City, MO features some of the top clubs in the country.
In 2013, Triple Crown Sports invited 25 of the top club directors into the corporate offices in Colorado to talk about what really worked and what was missing in the Elite volleyball world. After listening to these thoughtful and engaged leaders in the sport, the 2014 Triple Crown Volleyball Championships took place in Salt Lake City, UT, with 38 teams in attendance the first weekend in May. With support from the following clubs, the event was an immediate success:
The 2021 NIT was pushed back from its original date in February to Memorial Day Weekend in May due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The event was successfully played with 360 teams all under one roof at the KC Convention Center.
Triple Crown Volleyball welcomed a return to near-normal for the 2022 event, which again took place at the KC Convention Center. Right at 550 teams took part, along with more than 10 college camps, and more than 500 college coaches roamed the courts over the long weekend.
As our event continues to grow, we remain dedicated to our mission to offer an elite championship moment to teams across the nation, with the expectation that even more highly accomplished club programs will want their opportunity to compete against the best.
TC NIT Play Wave Schedule:
Friday:
Camps: 9am to 615pm
Practice Courts Available: 5pm to 9pm
Team/Club Check-In (Little Theater Outside of Arena when LOVB is playing) – Food and Drinks for All: 4pm to 9pm
Saturday:
AM (730am to 130pm) – 13u, some 14u, 16u, and 18u
PM (300pm to 800pm) – 12u, some 14u, 15u, and 17u
Sunday:
Same as Saturday with some flexibility in 12u through 14u based on Saturday finish
Monday:
All Ages – AM and PM – Championship Day
TC Battle to Bartle Wave Schedule (Overland Park – BluHawk)
Saturday:
AM (730am to 130pm) – 14U and 16u
PM (300pm to 800pm) – 15u
Sunday:
Same as Saturday with some flexibility in 12u through 14u based on Saturday finish or if your team makes it to the NIT bracket.
Monday:
All Ages – AM and PM – Championship Day
