The UMKC School of Medicine invites alumni, faculty, staff and guests to celebrate 55 years of medical education, achievement and community during its 55th Celebration and Reunion Weekend, taking place October 23–24, 2026. The milestone weekend will bring classmates and colleagues together for class-specific gatherings, graduate program celebrations, campus tours and opportunities to reconnect with the School of Medicine community.
The celebration culminates Saturday evening at the Kansas City Convention Center’s Kay Barnes Grand Ballroom with a reception, dinner and special program honoring the school’s history, accomplishments and lasting impact. Guests are invited to reconnect with former classmates, celebrate generations of graduates and look ahead to the School of Medicine’s continued growth and innovation.
